There were very easy to reach, they reassured me and also took the time to check that there are no formal problems with my thesis. Also, they were super fast which was important to me. 10 / 10 recommend. Also, they're super nice in person if you visit them in their working space.

I had two books created for a sales presentation. The online tool is really practical, you can choose everything at home, especially when time is short. The creation process is very quick, even without Express, and collection from the beautiful salesroom is just as smooth. Postal delivery is also possible.
